About Us

Our Mission
Brown Bellies and Babies is a nonprofit organization committed to improving health accessibility for BIPOC maternal and infant communities. Our Blooming Health Wellness program focuses on reducing morbidity and mortality rates by providing vital education, healthcare access, and community engagement.
Causes
Our Impact
Our initiatives aim to increase prenatal care attendance and decrease infant mortality rates in minority communities. By providing education, healthcare access, and community engagement, we strive to create positive health outcomes for mothers and infants.

Maternal Health
Empowering mothers through education and healthcare access is crucial for improving maternal and infant health outcomes. Our programs focus on providing the necessary support and resources for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum period.
Our maternal health initiatives aim to increase prenatal care attendance, promote healthy behaviors during pregnancy, and enhance access to quality healthcare services for expecting mothers.
Infant Care
Ensuring the well-being of infants in minority communities is a top priority. We provide education, healthcare resources, and community support to reduce infant mortality rates and promote healthy growth and development.
Our infant care programs focus on enhancing access to pediatric healthcare, educating caregivers on infant well-being, and addressing the specific health needs of infants in BIPOC communities.

Community Engagement
Community involvement is essential for creating sustainable health improvements. We engage with local communities to raise awareness, build partnerships, and implement initiatives that address the unique healthcare challenges faced by BIPOC maternal and infant populations.
Through community engagement, we aim to foster a supportive environment that promotes health equity, access to healthcare services, and overall well-being for mothers and infants in underserved communities.
